Melonex 1 or 2 Capsules a Day: How to Decide With Your Doctor
Melonex 1 or 2 capsules? The label directs one capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water and allows up to two. It never says two works better. Each capsule holds a 500 mg blend, so two hold at most 1,000 mg. Pick the amount with your doctor, and never go past two.

No. 01The label
How many Melonex capsules a day is right?
Start from the label: one capsule a day is the serving, and two is the most it allows.
The directions read "take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. May take up to two (2) capsules daily." The serving size is one capsule, and a bottle holds 60 servings.
Notice what is missing. The label never says who should take two. It gives no reason, no schedule for moving up and no result for either amount.
So the choice between melonex 1 or 2 capsules is open, and it belongs to you and your doctor. We can show what each choice means in grams, days and dollars. We cannot say which is right for you.
- “Heart Support*”On the bottle: A heart with a pulse line.
Says what the brand aims at. It is not a result and not a promise about your heart.
- “Circulation Support*”On the bottle: A circle of arrows.
Points at arginine and citrulline, which research ties to blood vessels at gram doses.
- “Natural Formula*”On the bottle: A leaf.
Describes the formula's style. Amino acids can still interact with medicines.

The stamps are label wording, quoted with the asterisk. They say nothing about the amount to take.

How much is in one capsule versus two?
One capsule holds a 500 mg blend, and two hold up to 1,000 mg, shared among three amino acid forms.
The label hides each amount inside the blend, which the rules allow (21 CFR 101.36). But the order is by weight, so we can set a ceiling for each line.
| Blend line | 1 capsule, at most | 2 capsules, at most |
|---|---|---|
| Citrulline DL-malate | 500 mg | 1,000 mg |
| Arginine AKG | 250 mg | 500 mg |
| Arginine HCl | 167 mg | 333 mg |
| Even split, each | about 167 mg | about 333 mg |
Now compare with the research. Citrulline trials used 3 to 9 g a day (Barkhidarian 2019, citrulline and BP). Arginine trials used 4 to 24 g a day (Dong 2011, arginine and BP). Even two capsules sit far below both. Studies of those grams say little about this capsule, and none tested Melonex itself.

How long do the bottles last at two capsules a day?
At two capsules a day, one 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days, half as long as at one.
Doubling the daily amount doubles what you spend each day, and it halves your supply.
| Pack | Price | Days at 1 a day | Days at 2 a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $158 plus $9.99 shipping | 120 | 60 |
| 3 bottles | $207 | 180 | 90 |
| 6 bottles | $294 | 360 | 180 |
The per-day prices on our pricing page assume one capsule. At two, they double. Do not buy a big pack only because you plan on two, until your doctor agrees.

What should you ask your doctor before choosing?
Ask whether this supplement suits you at all, and whether your medicines and history allow one or two capsules.
Bring the bottle. Show the Supplement Facts and the caution. Here are good questions for the visit.
- Do I take nitrates or sildenafil-type medicine? These can be a serious problem with arginine and citrulline.
- Do I take blood pressure medicine, a blood thinner or a diabetes drug?
- Have I had a heart attack? In one trial of 153 adults, 6 died on arginine (8.6%) and none on placebo (VINTAGE MI trial (ACC summary)).
- Is one capsule enough to try before I consider two?
Keep taking prescribed medicine, and tell your doctor about Melonex. Watch for dizziness or faintness, and sit down first if it happens.
No. 05Stocking up
Which pack fits one capsule a day?
For one capsule a day, the 3-bottle pack covers about six months and the 6-bottle pack about a year.
Shipping is free on both. Read the refund terms first on the guarantee page, since a restocking fee applies and only sealed bottles qualify.

Prices as listed on the seller’s order page, October 19, 2026; confirm at checkout. The 2-bottle kit is $158 plus $9.99 shipping. Check your medicines with your doctor first. 60-day money-back guarantee (seller’s terms).
Melonex is a dietary supplement, not a treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take a nitrate for chest pain, an erectile-dysfunction drug such as sildenafil, any blood pressure medicine, a potassium-sparing diuretic, a blood thinner or a diabetes medicine, or if you have had a heart attack. Arginine and citrulline can push blood pressure down further. Keep taking prescribed medicine. See side effects and interactions.

Melonex questions people ask
Is it safe to take two Melonex capsules a day?
Two a day is the most the label allows, but safe for you depends on your health and medicines. The label tells people with a known condition to consult a physician first. Ask your doctor before you move from one to two.
Does taking two capsules work better than one?
The label does not say so, and no study has compared one and two Melonex capsules. Research used grams of single amino acids. Two capsules hold at most about 1,000 mg of blend in all.
Can I start with one and go to two later?
The label does not describe stepping up. If you wish to try it, talk with your doctor first and keep to the two-capsule ceiling. Never exceed two, and do not change prescribed medicine on your own.
Why is the serving only one capsule if two are allowed?
The Supplement Facts panel sets one capsule as the serving, and the directions then permit up to two. The label gives no reason. A pharmacist can explain how the numbers fit your own routine.
