Common Melonex Complaints and How the Order Desk Handles Them
Common Melonex complaints are likely to fall into three groups: shipping questions, refund terms and results expectations. The order page lists $9.99 shipping on the 2-bottle kit and free shipping on 3 and 6 bottles. A refund needs 30 days of use and sealed bottles, and a 20% restocking fee applies. No trial has tested the capsule.

No. 01Three groups
What are the common Melonex complaints?
The common Melonex complaints to expect are about shipping, refunds and what the capsule can do.
We publish no customer complaints, and we quote no one. We could not match any to a real order, so we cannot treat them as fact.
What we can do is name the topics that come up with almost any online supplement order, and check each against the seller's own terms.
Shipping
Where is my order, and why was I charged for delivery?
Refunds
Why was I not refunded in full?
Expectations
Why did I notice nothing?
No. 02Shipping
What shipping complaints come up, and what do the terms say?
Shipping complaints usually trace to the $9.99 charge on the 2-bottle kit or to waiting for a tracking email.
The order page lists shipping at $9.99 on 2 bottles and free on 3 and 6 bottles (Seller order page). If you expected free shipping on the kit, that is the gap.
Shipping is from the US unless the order page says otherwise. Tracking comes by email once the order ships.
| Worry | What to check | First step |
|---|---|---|
| Extra charge | Which pack you chose | Reread the order email |
| No tracking | Spam folder, email typos | Call +1 (855) 889-3137 and give your order ID |
| Wrong pack | Bottle count on the box | Photograph it, then email the desk |
No. 03Refunds
Why do refund complaints happen with the 60-day guarantee?
Refund complaints happen because a 60-day guarantee does not mean a full refund on day 59.
The seller's FAQ sets conditions. You must try it for at least 30 days, start the return within 60 days and send back sealed bottles only. A 20% restocking fee comes off the total, shipping and customs fees are not refunded, and you pay return shipping (Seller order page).
Email the support team first for an authorization code. Refunds go back to the original payment method 5-10 business days after the return is verified.
Keep bottles sealed
Do not open a spare bottle you might send back.
Email before you ship

Keep the receipt and tracking number.
No. 04Expectations
What if you notice nothing after taking Melonex?
If you notice nothing, that fits the evidence, because no study has tested the capsule and the label promises no result.
Trials of arginine used 4-24 g a day (Dong 2011, arginine and BP). A Melonex capsule holds a 500 mg blend at most. A quiet result is not a surprise.
A supplement cannot be judged by feel alone. A home cuff and your doctor's visits are the better guide. Use the table below to see where wording and evidence part ways.
- Label stamp“Heart Support*”No trial has tested Melonex. Arginine after a heart attack raised deaths in one trial, so the word heart needs a doctor's context, not a capsule. (VINTAGE MI trial (ACC summary)) (FDA 101: Dietary supplements)
- Label stamp“Circulation Support*”Arginine and citrulline are studied for blood vessels and pressure at grams a day. A capsule holds at most 500 mg of the first line. (Dong 2011, arginine and BP) (Barkhidarian 2019, citrulline and BP)
- Label stamp“Natural Formula*”The lines are amino acids and their salts. Natural does not always mean safe, and the label does not say how they were made. (NCCIH, Using supplements wisely)
- Label front“ADVANCED SUPPORT”Brand wording. No study, dose or result stands behind the word advanced. (FTC, Health products guidance)
- Facts panel“Proprietary Blend 500 mg”Single amounts are hidden, which the law allows. The order gives ceilings: at most 500, 250 and 167 mg. (21 CFR 101.36)
- Label line“Manufactured in an FDA registered facility”Registration of a building is not approval of a product. FDA does not approve supplements. (FDA, Is it really FDA approved?)
- FDA statement“not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”The label says it plainly: this is a supplement. Keep taking prescribed blood pressure medicine. (FDA 101: Dietary supplements)
Wording as printed on the Melonex label. The asterisk on each stamp points to the FDA statement. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence that matches the product (FTC, Health products guidance).
No. 05Raising it
How do you raise a Melonex complaint so it gets solved?
Raise a Melonex complaint with the order ID, a clear ask and a dated note, in writing.
Call or email the order desk first. Support replies typically within 48 business hours, per the seller FAQ. Say what happened and what outcome you want.
The FTC says anecdotes alone never prove a health claim (FTC, Health products guidance), so keep complaints about orders and terms, and keep health worries for your doctor. Stay on prescribed medicine, and let your doctor know about any symptom.
See the refund policy page and the guarantee page before you act.

Prices as listed on the seller’s order page, October 19, 2026; confirm at checkout. The 2-bottle kit is $158 plus $9.99 shipping. Check your medicines with your doctor first. 60-day money-back guarantee (seller’s terms).
Melonex is a dietary supplement, not a treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take a nitrate for chest pain, an erectile-dysfunction drug such as sildenafil, any blood pressure medicine, a potassium-sparing diuretic, a blood thinner or a diabetes medicine, or if you have had a heart attack. Arginine and citrulline can push blood pressure down further. Keep taking prescribed medicine. See side effects and interactions.
